It’s becoming very popular among companies for the training of their employees through six sigma because they don’t have to spend much money on the entire process. What is required all in all is internet connection and CD. Also it’s more feasible for employees to take online classes as they can adjust them according to their timings and they don’t have to go any where to attend lectures. The results are also better in this case rather then class room oriented teaching.

Drawbacks

There are some good as well as bad aspects of everything and as we see that online learning is beneficial for many at the same time it’s not that feasible for some people. People find classroom training more efficient also there will be no interaction between employees of different levels. However if six sigma training and e-learning is combined with some class room oriented study and lectures are given by professionals then the results can be much better.
