Posted by TheKing on January 11th, 2012 My dads sometimes sell old silver dollars when he is short on cash. He said that those were given to him by his father, before he married my mom. When I asked him the reason why he is selling silver, he told me that their wedding anniversary is coming soon and he wants to buy my mom something special. He was a little short on cash at the moment and sold his silver dollars only as a last resort.
I really wanted to know what he has in mind and decided to accompany him, when he went to the glass figurine store to get his custom made present. It was a heart shaped glass figure with their names written on it. It was really pretty and I’m sure that my mom would love it. When my dad presented the gift to my mom, she was very happy and gave him a long smooch. My parents looked so silly on that day because they were acting like little kids who just started going out. It was embarrassing but I am glad that their love for each other hasn’t changed, even after so many years.
Posted by TheKing on December 3rd, 2011 My cousins called me a month before Christmas and they said that they were going to come over to my house to spend the holiday. I thought that I can have enough money for the party because of my current job. Unfortunately, I got kicked off from my job because of some unreasonable aspects. I can’t imagine that I am so broke that coming Christmas. So I talked to my cousins and I told them that the party might be cancelled.
I never wanted to disappoint my cousins especially at this point in time. So I decided to sell gold while I still have a month to plan the party. I tried to ask my friends and neighbors whether they know a shop which has cash for gold services. One of my ex-colleague gave me a website and said that I can definitely trust them.
With no other thoughts in my mind, I sent them my gold necklace. This is the only way I can make our party happen. After a few days, I got the money on my hands! I was very contented with how much they priced my jewel. I called my cousins and told them to get ready for a Christmas blast!
Posted by TheKing on September 23rd, 2011 One of my nieces has been looking forward to owning a pet. She wanted a Chihuahua for Christmas, and I looked all around to get her one. Boy, are they expensive! I told my wife about getting our niece a pet, and she agreed to shoulder half of the price. When she handed me an envelope, I thought it had money-but it was actually silver jewelry! I thought it was a joke. It turns out I had to sell silver to get money, which I will use to buy the pet.
I told her I have no idea how to go about it, so I watched while she did everything. Thank goodness she knew what to do. She called the jeweler (apparently recommended by a cousin) to inquire a few matters. Then a few days later we received a kit in the mail, which we used to place the silver items and send back. This was where I got a bit wary; I asked her if she was not worried about getting scammed or something. But she reassured me about how our cousin sold jewelry to them and got a considerable amount. The day after the kit was sent, there was a check in the mail-and the amount was more than a brand new pet! Selling silver ended up with my niece very happy with her new Chihuahua, and we even gave her extra money to jumpstart taking care of it.
Posted by TheKing on August 10th, 2011 I received my first set of jewelry when I turned 18. It was a stunning diamond cut given to me a birthday gift by my grandmother. I showed it to my friends and could not believe that I own one of the rarest diamond cut. It was my turning point that lead me fondness of jewelry.
I even became a sales agent in a jewelry store in town. We are selling jewelry at all sort, from ordinary to extraordinary cut. After two years, I was able to put up my own jewelry shop. It grew to become one of the most sought after jewelry shop in the state.
Being a jeweler, I was able to meet different individuals and made dealings with different people from all walks of life. Fortunately, I was able to meet my future husband in a recent European tour. He is also into jewelry business wherein his forte is to sell old jewelry. I saw his collections and it was indeed one of a kind. Most of his antique collections are being commissioned to be bought by the royals, business tycoon’s wife, and European elite and name a few.
Posted by TheKing on June 6th, 2011 Silver dollars are no longer in circulation which makes them rare and highly collectible. There are basically two people who have interest in buying them; silver suppliers who want to melt them down so they can use its basic component to augment their supply and people who study its historical value. Whatever the purpose, it is clear that selling silver dollars has a great market demand that’s very profitable.
So how can you cash in on this trend? If you want to sell old silver dollar coins, you have to have a good source for these rare items. While it’s definitely a very challenging task to do, it’s not impossible. There are still many unaccounted silver dollars across America and Europe which means they must be hidden somewhere. It will take time and a rather big investment but the rewards can be huge.
However, if treasure hunting is too farfetched for you, there’s always a chance that somebody online is looking for buyers of such artifacts. If you can spend enough time to study about them then you can definitely make money from silver dollars.
Posted by TheKing on April 29th, 2011 There was an advertisement on how to sell old silver dollar coins on the internet and I find it very interesting. I happen to have some silver coins in my possession and I had been wondering what to do with them for a long time. They were given to me by my dad and he said that I can do whatever I want to do with it. I know that there are fake websites on the internet that only want to scam people and take their coins and jewelries away from them.
My best friend John, recommended me to the website on where he sell silver. He said that he already made a few transactions in the past and encouraged me to give it a try. I’ve known him for years and he also gives me good advice, whenever I need it. I used half of my collection and I managed to get a good price for them. Honestly, it was better than I expected and I am grateful that I decided to give it a try. Selling silver online can really make a difference, when compared to the local stores that buys them for a cheap price.
Posted by TheKing on March 30th, 2011 I was watching my favorite television program and during one of the commercial breaks, I was playing with the remote control, switching from one channel to another. I came about with this advertisement channel and became curious about the content of it. They are offering in buying used jewelry and old coins alike that are considered valuable. During that time, I was thinking of selling old silver coins, which my late husband collected when he was still alive. Although, I was not looking for anyone in particular jeweler, but I realized that it was a good thing stumbling with the advertisement channel since it opened up my mind.
To sell coins however is very easy. I thought before that it would take much of my time and effort. But, with the ease of process that the commercial jeweler found in the television ad, I was very glad in trusting them. I was also satisfied with the appraisals done for the old coins of my husband. Definitely, it is worth all the patience and money my husband has invested with his old coin collection.
Posted by TheKing on October 19th, 2010 My boyfriend gave me a vintage elegant ring that is really stunning. He said he was once a jeweler but he stopped his business and concentrated on his doctorate degree. He said he got lots of it at his house and would like to sell it one day when he gets time. He wants to sell scrap jewelry too to clear out his place. I thought of introducing him a jeweler that has been my family’s trusted partner for a long time.
Initially, he was very reluctant to sell old jewelry to them so what he did was he tried selling some scrap jewelry first. He was surprised with the result. He didn’t expect he would get the check so soon. The process was very transparent, easy and fast. He then decided to sell all his jewelry, old gold and the rest of the scrap jewelry.
Until now, we are spreading the word about our experience with them. We still couldn’t believe everything had really happened. My boyfriend said it was really a wonderful experience because he was able to help his fellowmen who needed medical attention by selling his old and scrap jewelry.
Posted by TheKing on August 27th, 2010 Trina was selling jewelry of her cousin; a gold necklace with gem stones. I loved it and bought it for myself. I wear those every day, every time I go to work and even when I am at the mall. They always stare at my necklace and I’m smiling deep inside seeing them admiring my jewelry.
One day my husband found a space for lease near the school where he teaches. We’ve always wanted to have a business of our own. He suggested that we should put up a small restaurant. We are running out of budget and selling jewelry will be my great contribution.
I searched for some jewelry buyer online who’s interested to look for my item and willing to talk to people who sell jewelry. I called one and lucky to have spoken to a friendly buyer. My jewelry was sold to a top jewelry buyer in the U.S and known for 30 years of existence.
We’ll going to open our small business next month. Hopefully it’ll be a successful one. I never regret the decision I made. My husband and I are so excited. I can’t wait for that day to come.
Posted by TheKing on June 17th, 2010 Cynthia had just ended up her four year relationship with Gary. Her life with him has always been complicated. Her parents dislike him because he has not stable income. Her friends hated him because they have heard too much of his playing around with other girls. Cynthia stood up for him for four long years and was about to get married when finally, she decided to give up. The last thing that burnt her patience was when he was argued over with her at a public restaurant and hit her. Yes, in front of other people. Humiliated, Cynthia left with the scar on her arm and her heart broken.
Now that their relationship is over, Cynthia is eager to move on and forget. She decided to sell engagement ring-the one that Gary gave her when he asked her hand in marriage. That time with him was like a fairy tale and nightmare in one but now, it’s finally over.
She consulted an online buyer and had the ring appraised. She was eager to have it sold no matter what. The only thing in her mind is to sell diamond ring to thoroughly deplete all the sad memories she had with her ex. I guess it’s what really freed her.
